Feedback from our customersI was a bit unsure what to expect. Not being able to touch the product is always a concern with online shopping but with Allola's return policy and quality rating, I took the chance. It was well worth it. The recipient of the shawl truely loves it. The quality is wonderful. The service went above and beyond my expectations. Wishing to receive the gift early enough for our holiday travels, I requested priority shipping which costs an additional $15. Allola noticed that I would receive the delivery on time with the free shipping that they offer and skipped the additional shipping charge. In today's impersonal shopping age, they could have easily pocketed the additional money and I would have never known. Thank you Allola. I hope you have a wonderful 2001.
